Salesforce Administrator at Blackforce, Winnipeg, 01/2022 - 12/2022 

  • Subscription Management System - Designed an App to capture Blackforce Student data via Web to Lead and implemented auto-subscription based on selected program and plan. Features used include Formula custom fields and Objects, Flows, Validation and Duplicate rules and Apex programming.
  • Auto Services – Built several dynamic reports detailing Auto-Service visits by either an Individual or Company, based on Province within Canada. Data was imported via Data Loader with field modifications and mapping. The Objects and Reports details the services rendered including number of vehicles owned and visits made.
  • Billing App – Designed a Comprehensive App that captures daily transactions for a Telecoms company customer base and utilized Data loader to import Customer Data from a Legacy system and implemented several automations including Auto-responses, Duplicate and Escalation rules as well as generating Reports, building custom Dashboards, Custom fields and Objects relationships via Schema Builder.
  • Tax Automation and Community Site Creation – Designed a Screen Flow and integrated on a community site to capture customer details. Details are used to automatically create new Accounts and returns the approximate Tax. Achieved via formula custom fields and based on information captured in the Form.

  • Project development and progress tracking process using the Agile and Jira management tools.

  • Integrated an Apex Lead-Conversion Database Method that automatically creates an Account, Contact and Opportunity record when called by a screen flow process which passes the Lead Ids as an input variable utilised in the function of the apex method.
