The Nurse Navigator's role is to coordinate the Covid-19 Screening and Assessment Centre. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical operations such as managing staff scheduling, provide/update clinic documents, assess and schedule clients eligible for treatment, and follow up with clients who require Covid-19 test results. Additional duties also involve documenting/tracking statistics related to referrals and treatments prescribed. Analyze clinic stock needs, and order supplies and pharmaceuticals weekly. Support nursing staff in the clinic who require additional education such as with intravenous insertions.

Perform EKG's, assist with exercise tests, auscultate and determine abnormal heart and lung sounds, perform thorough client intake and critically determine the client's needs and risks. Report clinical assessment with the Cardiologist and collaboratively create a plan of care for the patient. Reason for leaving was due to moving.
