  • Partnered with the Associate VP and Director of Individual Giving to grow major gift revenue from $5M to $7.5M and support organizational revenue growth from $40M to $47M by strengthening prospecting through wealth analytics and research, introducing prospect management, and elevating communications with major donors and prospects.
  • Reimagined and led Leaders in Research, elevating it into a strategic inside-the-science initiative for 6- and 7-figure donors that deepened their understanding of our funded research and its place in the Parkinson’s research landscape; in partnership with scientific leadership, oversaw development of in-depth communications on each of four research pillars and designed donor events moderated by the Chief Scientific Advisor, in which funded investigators presented their work and engaged directly with donors.
  • Managed a portfolio of 150 donors across a 13-state territory, increasing revenue from $1M to $2M in my final year; hired and managed the Director of Individual Giving, West, and partnered with Regional Directors to align philanthropic strategy.
