For a long time now, I have been following The Minto Group. More recently, I feel that I would be well matched with your Team, in building my future at Minto. Minto, since 1955, seems to ‘continue to build better places to live, work and play’. This mission statement, certainly speaks to me. With my background in building property and shared facility management, I thank you for taking the time to consider my application. Customer service is a great strength of mine; at my past places of employment, and at my current place of employment, the most upset, un-satisfied, most un-reasonable resident, was transferred to me. I welcome those calls, so that I can address a resident with compassion, understanding, accuracy of information, and a time-line to resolve the issue. Minto stands out in customer focussed, professional, inter-personal service. This really spoke to me. My work history has been built upon 15+ years of property and facility management. With that, comes collaborative team work, and a sense of family, both of which I have always thought makes for success in our field. This is something that I would continue to bring to ‘Team Minto’. My experiences are complimented by maintaining a positive, good humoured approach, and a ‘team’ focussed philosophy, with fellow staff.
