Summary

I am a substitute teacher that always goes with a positive attitude to school. I try to make class engaging so that students concentrate on what they are suppose to do in class. Also, I like to enforce classroom rules and follow lesson plans left by the teacher word by word. I know that on early stages of childhood there are students that have problems understanding English but, as a bilingual person, I tried to help them In Spanish and English so that they know what it is expected to be done for that day and with that, no child is left behind.
