-Successful leadership of assigned crew in placement of mechanical equipment and structural steel erection and installation

-Independent supervision of underground tunnel portal construction on a new mine site - dirt works, steel erection and on-site fabrication/assembly of industrial equipment

-Visual weld inspection on site and ensure WPS, weld details and required NDE are all being applied

-Redlining IFC drawings on site and perform walk-downs of erected steel structures

-Verifying torquing procedures are signed off and are being followed

-Maintaining turnover package as the job progresses and ensure all proper documentation is included

-QA/QC from start to finish of fabrication process - Materials receiving, MTR review prior to releasing for fabrication, verifying proper dimensions, run welding parameters, visual weld inspection, working with NDE, hydro testing and pre-assembly, preparing for shipping to site

-Applied strong leadership talents and problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows during facility construction in the field (Well pads, lift gas facilities, gas plant expansions)

-Introduction to the operation of a total station for the purpose of pinning piles for pile driving and accurate setting of modular equipment

-On-site QC in the field - torque verification of flanged connections and structural steel connections, visual welding inspection and ensuring weld details are available and applied, P&ID walk-downs, witness and document installation of PSVs and other important equipment on site

-Operate portable welding unit as CWB qualified Red Seal Journeyman Welder - Apprenticeship and journeyman certification obtained while working for Bunch Projects

-Employed off and on with Bunch through the years since 2012
