My friends and I established a small business specializing in private events. We offered various services to our clients, including cooking, bartending, and serving. While the entire team had different roles, my primary responsibilities revolved around tending the bar. This included serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, crafting cocktails with alcohol like Margaritas, Mezcalitas with various flavors, Bloody Mary, Adios Motherfucker, Mojito, Negroni, and many more. I was also responsible for verifying the customers' ages, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and its surrounding area, washing glassware and bar utensils, and monitoring the bar inventory, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed.

My responsibilities included answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and assisting visitors. I also supported the team by performing organizational tasks. In addition, I carried out various administrative duties, including filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.

My responsibilities involved processing data from various sources and creating reports on sales, operations, and employee performance using Microsoft Excel and Access. I also attended meetings and training sessions to discuss the utilization of these reports across different teams.

My primary duties involved operating scanning devices, scales, cash registers, and various electronic equipment. I was responsible for reconciling the cash register and generating credit and debit sales reports. Additionally, I managed payment processing, verified the accuracy of prices and quantities, issued receipts to customers, and handled refunds, exchanges, and the resolution of customer complaints. Lastly, I assisted with bagging or securely wrapping customers' purchases.

I handled inbound calls from customers, including addressing concerns and complaints. My responsibilities encompassed managing billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies related to monthly plans and top-ups, troubleshooting unrecognized charges, and resolving signal-related issues for customers. Additionally, I offered technical assistance to users, enhancing the overall customer experience.

In my role, I had a diverse set of responsibilities, which encompassed: Serving a wide variety of beverages, including hot and cold options, as well as crafting special drinks, ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of work areas, utensils, and equipment. Providing detailed and engaging descriptions of menu items to enhance the customer experience, managing customer payments and transactions, preparing a range of snacks and collaborating and providing assistance in the kitchen to maintain seamless operations.
