  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and Architects to complete visions accurately, safely and on schedule
  • Use various hand and shop tools (table saw, impact, jig saw, skill saw, grinder, reciprocating saw and others).

  • Ensure quality control by thorough inspection and repair of damaged goods by hand staining, bondo repairs, wood filler, colour matching, scrape/sand impurities from lacquer finish, replacements when necessary
  • Prepared wood, fiberglass and steel doors for paint or stain by sanding, wiping and taping appropriately before applying primers, stains, sealer and lacquer, sanding accordingly as process required
  • Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of spray/sand equipment
  • Created and executed daily air quality control monitoring routine to ensure health and safety of workers from high levels of off gassing
