  • As a scheduling clerk at the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre, our team is responsible for compiling data to create and maintain the staff schedules for eight in-centre units as well as nine community houses which employ roughly 350 Residential Rehabilitation Workers and Nurses. Our goal is to manage and maintain safety and support to all of the clients that reside in our facility and in the community programs


Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing schedule rotation templates for regular full-time staff members
  • Scheduling casual and part time staff members for 6 week scheduling periods based on availability and needs of the units
  • Using analytical and critical thinking to allocate day-to-day vacancies to staff as they arise
  • Maintaining and updating staff timecards for payroll purposes
