  • Production Support: Responsible for ensuring all payroll systems (TesserAct Payroll, Garnishments, Timekeeping) for a workforce of 55,000 employees are fully operational. Developed and executed problem resolution plans. Responsible for analysis and management of system issues for the National Payroll System (approximately 11,000 employees), and the Northwest and Southwest Regions (HR, Benefits, and Pay) on TesserAct Platform.
  • Systems Manager: Responsible for analysis and coordination of the functional changes to TPMG’s Compensation and Benefit System (TCBS) and ancillary systems which pays approximately 4500 physicians and executives. Major functions included table maintenance, security, user acceptance testing, documentation, and communication with facilities, regional users, and KP-IT.
