Servers Excellence is an in person hospitality training and certificate program that aims to improve service standards across the hospitality industry.

My primary role as lead trainer is to develop course material and provide in class training as a course instructor to individuals looking to improve upon their hospitality skill set.

Part time sales associate specializing in footwear and hockey products. Assisting customers with my knowledge pertaining to product information, fitting and sizing.

Server and supervisor in a busy, fast paced brewpub.
Performed the opening and closing duties of the restaurant. Responsible for weekly Sysco orders.
Performed nightly cash reconciliation and alcohol counts. Assisted in the training of new employees and developed a supervisor manual for new hires.

Performed server duties in a high paced, high volume restaurant. Assisted guests with my extensive knowledge of food and wine. Aided in the training of new employees.
