As Executive manager I have moved between different departments working with their mangers from Production to Marketing to Export in an effort to better understand and contribute to solutions for a vast array of challenges from Human Resources to Sales, Marketing, Quality and cost control.

• Main contact for all export customers from EU, North America and Caribbean Region.
• Create sales forecast and manage marketing budget across all brands produced by the company.
• Collaborate with Business Dev Manger to create and execute all marketing plans related to these brands.
• Work with the Food Safety team with responsibility for customer facing aspect of Quality Dept.
• Lead the Product Development team for bringing to market new products and line extensions.
• Liaise with sales team to follow up on Sales and customer related aspect of brand plans including merchandising and in market promotions and events.
• Engage with community to develop programs to enhance and maintain the company's commitment to our community and environment.

• Delivered for the first time in Antigua WSET level 1 & 2 Wines and Spirits courses.
• Recruited students through well developed relationships with individual hotel and restaurant partners as well as the Antigua Hotel and Tourism Association. Made available locally internationally certified courses. This falls in line with our company's goal of reaching out and serving the larger community by helping to build the human capacity in our hospitality industry form and Food and Beverage perspective. Led classroom lectures as well as administered exams with a 90% pass rate.

Helping to transition a 100 year old company to be able to function in a modern environment. Being a family company this role was multifaceted.

• Administrative - working with accounts to guide through many changes to spending, managing relationships with international and local suppliers.
• Human Resources - Increasing capacity of all staff members through in house and external trainings on product knowledge, sales and food safety. Management of the profile and records of all staff members admin and accounts, retail and sales, shipping and receiving. Follow up with quarterly review of full team.
• Revenue Stream management - Develop new route to market and changed the direction of the company away from import and distribution only to hospitality, events, tourism and education.
