• Plan and organize the activities of the sales department by coordinating and conducting weekly sales meetings.
• Ensure follow-up actions are taken to conclude the sales.
• Establish sales objectives and goals for the team.
• Ensure daily update of KPI dashboard.
• Assist subordinates incompletion of their tasks.
• Lead the sales team in maintaining good relationships with the clients.
• Ensure that the sales team manages the negotiation of sales contracts professionally.
• Report to the chief manager on the sales target and turnover.
• Preparation and presentation of the annual budget and business plan to the top management.
• Preparation and presentation of the monthly business review to the top management.
• Work in collaboration with the marketing team for campaigns such as car shows and advertising campaigns.
• Brainstorm with the marketing team to leverage existing opportunities.
• Assist and train team members.
• Conduct performance appraisals of the sales team yearly.
