- Responsible for Rogers Virtual Assistant integration with Apple Business Chat. Apple Business Chat is a way for customers to connect to Customer care directly using iMessages. Intent is to offer iOS customers easy option to connect with Rogers via Virtual assistant through asynchronous conversation.
- Managed project teams responsible for development and maintenance of Virtual Assistant and Live Chat functionalities of Rogers and Fido websites
