  • This includes budget management, financial reporting and ensuring compliance with financial reporting regulations
  • As well as overseeing a team assigning diverse roles and responsibilities, including training team member, setting strategy and monitoring progress

  • Company Overview: Simonette HDD project, a section of the Deep Valley North project that was part of TC Energy’s Nova Gas Transmission Line (NGTL) pipeline network expansion on the NGTL 2021 Expansion Project
  • On this project I took on many different roles to ensure the project was completed successfully:
  • Payroll lead – ensuring all timesheets were coding and time was captured correctly and submitted daily for all equipment and labour
  • Ensuring all rates billable and non-billable were correct in the system
  • Procurement – Working on processing orders, submitting for approval and generate the Pos to send back to the vendors
  • Ensure all receipts and invoices are processed in a timing manner and work closely with accounts payable to ensure payment was made on time
  • Safety Admin – Keeping the SMJV system (Workhub) to ensure all personnel on the project were 100% compliant
