- Mentor and train employees on the safe installation of turbine components.

12 - Vestas V136 Installation.

Vestas V100 Blade and Bearing swap.

Responsibilities

- De-commission wind turbine and prepare for blade and bearing swaps.

- Preform bearing inspections to determine if a swap is needed.

- Remove and existing blades and install new ones.

- Follow all safe work procedures and installation manuals provided by the turbine supplier.

- Commission Turbine and put back into Run.
