its a company for tracking and to prevent stealing. I started there as a customer service for the first 2 months until i learned the system for opening the cars and doing a resat of the system from the computer. when a customer had a problem opening it or when their system was down i was the one who did the restart of the system.

• Assisted staff with resolving complex customer issues and implementing targeted solutions.
• Organized client contracts, records and reports to strengthen traceability.

When i was working in duty free i started at the cigarettes and alcohol section and after a month my supervisor gave me a rise and a higher positions he moved me to the cigar shop and i used so sell cigar that cost thousand. after they buy the cigar they get a private room that they can smoke there, and i would bring them drinks and the cigar they just bought.

• Performed daily opening and closing duties including counting register funds, setting up promotional materials, organizing merchandise displays.
