• Delivered live virtual training from Dr. Reid Meloy, an expert in behavioural threat assessment, that was attended by over 250 employees and increased awareness about violence detection and prevention for public officials.
• Successfully implemented new procedures for RCMP Crisis Negotiators that enhanced public and police safety and reduced potential liability.
