- Gained experience sampling fish, setting/pulling multi-mesh gillnets, conducting nocturnal bird surveys, tagging geese and sturgeon, all through participating in projects for both Wildlife and Fisheries.
- Worked with a team of Manitoba Fisheries Biologists and Technicians to tag, collect data about and release sturgeon, to aid in visualization of the population.
- Assisted with recording water quality through the collection of Secchi data.
- Took the lead entering historical sample data for the NW Fisheries branch using Excel.
- Aided in collecting samples for Chronic Wasting Disease testing from moose.
- Performed nocturnal bird surveys, contributed to final project summary and entered the data into Excel.

- Lead the digitization of historical Coordinated Aquatic Monitoring Program (CAMP) data for the regional Fisheries biologist using Excel.
- Completed two CAMP programs along side commercial fisherman, Manitoba Fisheries Biologists and a Multi Tech, while working from a remote field camp.
