• Performance and Accomplishments, Over the last year Ling has become very adept in his role at the deli bar. He has had an exemplary attendance record, is always punctual and happy to complete any task that is asked of him. He has shown much improvement in his understanding and grasp of the necessities of being a café Macs employee in the areas such as temp log completion and food safety practices.Ling customer service is second to none and he is much loved by all whom he helps and builds sandwiches for. • Goals and Development, Over the coming year I would like to see Ling further develop his food skills and knowledge. We have already made plans to move him to a more challenging role in the kitchen to help him attain this.
