Teaching traditional CHinese medicine

• I have taught “Clinical Observation” to 3rd, 4th and 5th year students, assisting them with hand-on treatment of patients in the student clinic
• I have also supervised a program where students travelled to Mountain Lakes senior’s home and provided massage and acupressure for the residents.

• I worked as a tutor for grade 6 Korean exchange students
• I developed ESL lesson plans and organized recreational and cultural activities for the students to take part in, in order to develop language and social skills.

• I worked as a substitute teacher with the Nelson School District
• I provided teacher on call services to all schools in the district.

• I worked as a grade 3 teacher in Essex County School District
• I taught 32 students all curricular subject areas and enjoyed working in the ethnically diverse school with both staff and students.

• I worked as a crew boss for the Kootenay Regional Metis Association who were in partnership with the Arrow Lakes District Ministry of Forests
• I provided leadership and worked with the crew members in various areas related to forestry.
