  • Achieved less issues with updates and upgrades to the SAP system through effectively working with the Finance and IT Teams to test all changes to this system to ensure that there were no changes that would impact Payroll.
  • Collaborated with team of 5 plus KPMG in the development of Canada - US Cross Border mobility process which included documentation of the process to facilitates employees moving between Canada and the US correctly. This also included how to handle these transfers by the HR and Payroll Departments which created a smooth transfer for happy employees.
