My knowledge of construction practices due to the 35 plus years of experience allows me to notice details easily and objectively. I have dealt with numerous inspectors and engineers to favorable outcomes and completions over the years.

I completed the MMCD inspector training course about 3 years ago which has given me an insight on inspection practices and methods.
