In my free time I read books, usually I read wealth building books. When I feel low I start writing my thought on the paper and will figure it out how these bad or good thoughts effects me and my progress. Gym is the only place that makes me feel like myself, I see more people like me in there who are struggling the same as me but they want to get through all those problems by working out.
