Responsibilities:
· Data entry, organizing files, administrative duties including infection control database
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the WCH departments, locations
· Use electronic kiosk for patient check-in efficiency
· Telephone: call patients for appointment reminders
· Computer use for expressed interest in seeking information in support of patients and visitors

· Ensure attention to detail by using two identifiers (first and last name as well as date of birth) to ensure the right patient.
· Request follow-up patients change from the waist down and cover themselves with the sheet provided
