Sales Coach Responsibilities

  • Meeting with existing and new advisors and training them on new and better ways of genuinely connecting with the clients and making the best out of each call.
  • Live listening to the calls of the advisors assigned to me and discussing the calls with them later, to acknowledge the best work they did, and pinpoint the parts that could be changed to make them even more productive
  • Making sure that the advisors are fully compliant at all times.
  • Creating the reports for the management to let them know what has been done during the coaching times, informing them about the problems and the progress.
  • Looking at the advisors daily, weekly and monthly numbers and making sure they are reaching their goals.
  • Making sure that the advisors have their goal and numbers in sight and staying focused.
  • Very big importance for me to make sure that the advisors are not stressed, keeping the positive mindset and attitude, talking to me when they need motivation and boost, because at the end of the day, sales mostly are the transfer of the emotions and attitudes, and work must be enjoyable to do.
