Life Insurance Advisor Responsibilities

• Connecting with the clients and helping them with their life insurance needs,
• Offering specialized guidance and advice with the options that will fit their needs and serve the purpose,
• Explaining customized plans in a way that are clear and easy to understand,
• Providing recommendations on the best available insurance policies based on their needs and financial situation,
• Being accurate, compliant and working with the personal sensitive information in an extremely careful manner,
• Following the daily, weekly and monthly goals in a timely manner and putting the best efforts to exceed the expectations.

Sales Coach Responsibilities

• Meeting with existing and new advisors and training them on new and better ways of genuinely connecting with the clients and making the best out of each call.
• Live listening to the calls of the advisors assigned to me and discussing the calls with them later, to acknowledge the best work they did, and pinpoint the parts that could be changed to make them even more productive
• Making sure that the advisors are fully compliant at all times.
• Creating the reports for the management to let them know what has been done during the coaching times, informing them about the problems and the progress.
• Looking at the advisors daily, weekly and monthly numbers and making sure they are reaching their goals.
• Making sure that the advisors have their goal and numbers in sight and staying focused.
• Very big importance for me to make sure that the advisors are not stressed, keeping the positive mindset and attitude, talking to me when they need motivation and boost, because at the end of the day, sales mostly are the transfer of the emotions and attitudes, and work must be enjoyable to do.

• Calling the potential clients,
• Arranging and meeting them on a video calls,
• Give all the necessary information regarding the available coverage options.
• Do the needs' analysis and provide the client with the correct recommendations,
• Explain all of the benefits and the details about the coverage plan by helping the client to make a decision.
• Help the client with the whole process of the Life insurance application.
• Always strive to reaching and exceeding the timely goals.

• Creating a business plan,

• Also a barista job
• And many other responsibilities on a daily basis to keep the business on a highest possible standards.

• Implement and administer employee policies and promote positive employee relations
• Manage and monitor performance-related issues and implement changes that could increase productivity
• Provide recruiting assistance and candidate screening and assessment
• Select the most qualified candidates and maintain relationships with employment agencies
• Work towards improving company policies and procedures
• Handle termination-related matters and prepare termination and severance letters
• Provide training and support to other team members of the human resources department
• Be well-versed in laws and regulations regarding hiring and firing

• Providing articles and conducting interviews for for more than 5 newspapers and magazines in Armenia.
• Providing quality content,
• Responsible for researching a story,
• Obtaining the facts,
• Editing and perfecting the articles.
• Providing photographs and/or videos,
• Preparing and presenting the final work to the publisher.
