Trough out my years working in the hospitality industry i have learned so much; customer satisfaction through effective conflict resolution and staff training. Proven to my self how good I can work under pressure and how much multitasking I can do. I had to jump in and step up when we were short staffed and with that I learned scheduling skills, ensured to make operations run seamless and improve in guest experiences. I've learned to manage the team along with checkbooks and market place area including doing the ordering for the office and marketplace. I've gotten to meet with amazing people who have taught me so much about the industry along with great customers.
