Well recognized oil and gas company in South Africa. The five-year project pertained to the rebranding of 850 retailer sites from Caltex to Astron Energy.

  • Accomplishments: Built and developed a largely automated accounting and reporting model from the project software, which included reconciliations, cashflow forecasts, actuals, forecasts, budgets, and variances with analysis
  • In the first year of the project 50 sites were completed, 250 sites in the second year with no additional finance resources required
  • Primary Responsibilities: cash flow management and forecasting, AR, AP, and vendor reconciliations
