• Develop procedures for meeting work timelines and coordinating activities with other project supervisors or managers.

• Resolve job challenges and offer ways to increase productivity.

• Provide employee training and make them as a professional crew member.

• May also manage, coordinate, and plan the actions of associated apprentices, helpers, and labourers.

• Request materials and supplies

• Performs preventive maintenance inspections, routine servicing, and minor repairs on equipment.

• Ensures compliance with safety regulations while operating equipment.

• Creates and keeps records, files, and reports on timekeeping, equipment, inventory, and accidents.

• Clean, organize, secure, and keep in good working condition own tools and equipment (daily).

• Assist other crews in the storage unit and work as a team member
