I have been a licensed Occupational Therapist since 2014, and I bring over 20 years of experience in helping professions. I have worked in various settings such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and communities. My approach to care is empathetic and holistic, focusing on the client's well-being in terms of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals of various ages and abilities, deepening my understanding of each client's unique needs, goals, and meaningful occupations. My experience spans the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, providing me with a comprehensive knowledge of the continuum of care across the lifespan and insight into gaps in our systems. I completed my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Queens University and hold a Specialized Honors BA in Health Policy from York University, along with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Seneca College. In addition to my formal education, I have pursued further learning in areas such as Reiki, Subtle Energy, Trauma-Sensitive Heartmath Certification, Intro to Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, and hold certifications as an End-of-Life Doula and a Certified Biorhythm Coach in Women’s Neuro-psychophysiology.
I am dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth, aiming to provide the best clinical, holistic practices, and compassionate care to the clients I support.
