  • By sitting quietly with a dog, I also help prepare them for “downtime” after they are adopted. Adoptable dogs will learn to enjoy the presence of a human without having to be the centre of attention and develop exercise needs that are more manageable for adopters, both key elements for ensuring success in a new home.
