Accomplishments

  • Documented and resolved excessive water usage on Ellis washing machines which were using 3/4 inch water lines to cool hydraulic motors. These line were open during plant hours and were directed through the motors cooling system and then straight into the sewer drain for about 8-10 hours per day. I implemented a low cost solution which took 3 days of labor and only 3-400 dollars in materials with this solution I was able to reclaim and re use this clean and tempered water. This kept water from flowing directly down the drain and this led to saving mission linen over 7200 gallons of water per day, over 43,000 gallons per week which totaled well over 2.2 MILLION GALLONS PER YEAR at just this one location.


  • Worked with clients to create new and creative designs for furnishings in their space, whether it be their home, restaurant or vehicles. At times creativity would be channeled in order to create precise Replicas of existing furniture or upholstery already in their space.
