During my time at Electric 2000, I was able to gain a wide array of experience; I was on-site for many large-scale industrial projects.

Including, but not limited to, the complete remodeling of an existing industrial building into a Winners retail space. The complete gutting of an outdated restaurant space into a new Jollibee chain restaurant, along with a wide array of other industrial projects, also included many shorter-term residential projects I worked on. As Electric 2000 is a smaller company, projects were done in small teams, usually no larger than four persons. This gave me the chance to gain a wide variety of hands-on experience, including, but not limited to.

• The wiring of basic devices, and the safe removal of old electrical installations.
• Installation of new electrical conductors, including BX, Loomex, and single wire conductors, through raceways.
• Building and installing conduit racking systems, bending, and installing EMT conduit up to 2-inch diameter.
• The installation of 347V and 600V electrical systems and devices.
• The planning and pulling of conductors through EMT raceways to their termination points.
• Installation and wiring of transformers under the supervision of a journeyman.
• Installation and wiring of service meters and simple breaker panels under the supervision of a journeyman.
• Organization and termination of main junction boxes on large industrial projects.
• Bending and installation of PVC raceway systems.
• Trenching and installation of underground raceway systems.
• Removal, installation, and wiring of fire alarm devices, pull stations, and the removal, installation, and appropriate cabling of CCTV cameras.
• The electrical renovation of residential bathrooms and kitchen spaces, along with the installation of residential electrical service points.

At Bahara Motors, I was tasked with the simple repairs of customer vehicles. Always striving to provide the highest quality of service for the customers we serve. As necessary, book appointments and organize the shop schedule for the lead mechanic.

I also assist the lead mechanic in major repairs that come into the shop to allow him to be as productive as possible.

• Completed oil changes and fluid level inspections.
• Removing and replacing basic components, such as belts, alternators, water pumps, and pulleys.
• Replacing work brake components and bleeding the hydraulic braking systems.
• Changing and balancing tires.
• Removing and replacing suspension, and basic drive line components.
• Kept the shop tidy and well organized

At Egan Construction, a masonry contractor, it was my duty to provide for and foresee the needs of the bricklayers I was caring for.

• Providing for the bricklayers' needs, allowing them to be as productive and efficient as possible.
• Organized and cleaned work area and tools.
• Cleaned work area of debris after completion of job.
• Measured and cut brick and stone to size using a masonry saw.
• Installing cultured stone products and gaining jointing and equipment maintenance experience.
• Site prep and tear down, including scaffolding and hoarding.
• Mixed mortar, plaster, and grout according to standard formulas.
• Attached wire mesh reinforcement to interior walls prior to applying stucco finish.

As a Corrections Officer at the Manitoba Youth Center, I oversaw the daily routines of the youth in the unit I was tasked with.

• Facilitating programming for the youth on my caseload.
• Crisis response and management, and the development of behavior, and recovery plans.
• Maintained communications with staff and the resident body to maintain a safe, effective prison environment.
• Security management was always necessary to ensure the safety of youth, and fellow officers.
