I would bring out/setup gliders at the glider ports for either instruction flights or a paid ride, and connect the rope to the tow plane, communicate with the tow pilot via signals to remove the slack, and then run the wing as the glider took off. On less busy days I was tasked with taking out all the trask, and cleaning the hangar. The majority of my job was bringing gliders in and out, connecting the rope, and loading trashcans onto a golf cart to drive across the airport to the dumpster.
