I have a passion and dedication to assisting and forming connections with clients, and my community, complemented by my dedication to being a quality employee, I know that I am an excellent choice for your organization. An opportunity to discuss the position, and my qualifications further would be most welcome.
I started with Lac La Biche Victim Services, as a volunteer advocate one year prior to commencing my employment. I am currently working with clients who are the victims of a crime, crisis or trauma. This entails several tasks including, but not limited to client intake, crisis calls, follow up conversations, as well as court updates and court support. I am also able to and enjoy assisting and participating in community awareness events. As a Client Coordinator, I also assist our clients with support in filling out multiple forms including restraining orders, emergency protection orders, victim assistance applications and explaining the process to our clients so they can complete their victim impact statement
Individualized client programming, within the community. I was responsible to help the clients maintain an independent lifestyle, as much as possible, as well as effective and engaging community involvement
