Competed at the food network's pitmaster stadium in Hamilton Ontario. I won against two competitors and then challenged judge, Chef Mark Magnum in the finale. I was faced with black box challenges in each round. I was able to utilize all the cooking stations of the stadium, while creating delicious dishes. I placed first in the competition, winning the grande prize.
While sharing a kitchen with another competitor, I was able to create three identical dishes within an hour time restraint. I placed gold in both the beef and chicken competition. I was also honored first place over all in the chicken category, with over 2000 chefs had competed in
Competed against world recognized chefs on a stage setting. With a time constraint of an hour, I was able to create three identical dishes that were then judged by a panel of chefs. With the consideration of cooking methods, color and texture, I placed Gold for haddock and Bronze for beef.
