In my early 20s, starting as a night shift worker in a supermarket, within 2 years I was promoted to bakery manager, quadrupling the sales. After Dental assisting school in Nanaimo, BC, Canada, I started as a novice CDA (Certified Dental Assistant) and worked my way up to front desk coordinator, and then office manager within 5 years. I have been working at Applecross Dental now for 19 years. A Dental Office with two Dentists, three Dental Hygienists, plus support staff. I love the office, but it is tim to move on. My heart is in Henderson, NV. I am open to new challenges. With strong clinical knowledge, proficient in team management, presenting patient treatment plans, providing exceptional customer service, and cultivating positive relationships with Dentists, Hygienists, and Office staff, I feel that I can be an asset in any associated field, be it dental, medical, veterinarian, or similar. Being punctual, dedicated, and a very hard worker (maybe even OCD in a very good way), I know how hard it is to find qualified team members who apply themselves. Fast learning and common sense is natural to me. I strive to be the very best that I can be and am able to create a good working environment. Even though at this time I only partly reside in Henderson, NV, my goal is to move permanently to Henderson. Since I am a Canadian (by birth, citizenship, and official residency) I would require sponsorship in order to work in the US. I would be available for permanent work anytime.
