Development of single-cell multiomic analysis pipelines to support drug target identification in precision therapeutics for rare, severe chronic kidney diseases.

• Currently working under the supervision of Dr. Jeff Biernaskie, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
• Collaborating with Biernaskie Lab to develop of computational methodologies for analysis of single-cell multiomic datasets to interrogate mechanisms of stem cell biology and tissue regeneration.

Tutored British Columbia, Grade 12 math and physics curriculum.

• Worked under the supervision of Dr. Chee Wong and Dr. Ron Wong, Department of Civil Engineering
• Design and deployment of Monte Carlo simulations to model lifetimes of decommissioned energy pipelines

One-on-one work with elementary learners to help them develop early math and reading skills and communication of student progress with parents.
