Entering a new job as a processor starting from the back with low employees, to always lending a hand to the front of the house as a dispatcher. Multitasking both the front and back of the house opened up an opportunity as a shift lead to be able to lead a team. Taking the skills that I learned from that first job onto the serving industry helped a lot, starting off as a cashier to learn the menu and accuracy of orders. To moving up as a server and becoming a certified trainer, continuing to use fast pace and multitasking skills and continuing to grow in any aspect that I need to keep working up.
