Summary

I am a passionate and devoted recently graduate and registered early childhood educator who has experience with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children in diverse settings. I am eager to support the YMCA mission and vision by igniting children's interests. I invest in fostering inclusivity and diversity, guided by the Four Foundations of "How Does Learning Happen?" - Well-being, belonging, expression, and engagement. Throughout my experiences, I developed the skills of observing children's interests, implementing engaging play-based activities, and collaborating with parents, colleagues, and children. I support holistic child development. I am passionate in creating an environment for children where they and their families are valued and respected, and children's interests are nurtured. I am eager to apply my knowledge and experience to positively impact children's lives.
