• Drove the completion of technical designs and build of new Activ Directory (AD) and Exchange 2013 environment within two months
• Led fast tracking, schedule compression, and aggressive risk mitigation activities in order to orchestrate the successful migration of 40,000+ mailboxes within 21 days from two different Exchange systems with almost zero impact to end users reported
