As a third-year PPE student at Queen's University, I have embraced an unconventional approach to my university education. Throughout my undergraduate jounrey, I have consistently sought to apply the knowledge gained in the classroom directly to real-life situations, fostering positive change within my community and beyond. My interests extend beyond Politics, Philosophy, and Economics to encompass art history, business marketing, history, and more. Over the past years, despite with some setbacks during the second year due to family illness, I have been placed on the Dean's Honor List, the top of my year, throughout my entire undergraduate tenure. This was achieved while I have actively engaged in over 24 extracurricular activities since my first day. These extracurricular pursuits have included significant leadership roles, such as representing over 36,000 students as the student senator on the University Senate, serving as an intern for the University's Principal and many more. Additionally, I have also held positions in more than ten student-run organizations, each with diverse portfolios in marketing, high profiled speaker events, human resources, and more. My contributions have been recognized by the university community, with my name or projects featured in the university newspaper on numerous occasions. Currently, I am involved in three interdisciplinary personal research projects that reflect my diverse interests. These projects focus on youth engagement in politics marked by declining electoral turnouts, comparative politics in provincial governments worldwide, and exploring the distinctiveness of human art and creativity with the emergence of AI. Below, I will highlight some of my most notable experiences among the 24 extracurricular activities I have participated in. Should you require further details, I would be happy to provide a comprehensive list.
