Maintaining educational building is kept to provincial operational codes through, but not limited to ensuring accessability doors are functioning correctly, controlled entries are maintained and function, safe water drinking act regulations are met and abided by.

Reporting problems requiring attention to faculty services via work-order requests.

Maintaining clear communication with building administration in regards to any mechanical work which maybe occurring and services required by educational staff to facilitate their ability to perform their functions.

Maintaining a clean and safe learning environment through disinfection of critical touch points, removal of trash, removal of debris, etc.

Maintain clear communication with supervisors in regards to labour requirements and fulfillments.

Perform health and safety inspections a representative of CUPE along with a representative of ETFO and a representative of administration. Report defects to faculty services via work-orders.

Maintain grounds through trash pick up.
