Aside from my time at Walmart I obtained even more skills from Target. In short, I had to perform prior tasks & learn new ones. I worked in Guest Services return & exchanging guest items, finding solutions, & satisfying the guest accommodations. I also have Barista Experience learning how to operate certain machines, learn a menu, & make a variety of beverages. Later on, I ended up "leading" the entire sales floor ensuring each department was secured & taken care of. As well as, learning certain machinery to collect every shopping cart in the premise. Even, collecting money from the whole store & depositing it into our safe.


Additionally, I also adapted these into my work ethic


  • Used downtime between customer orders to fulfill other guest services.
  • Monitored staffing levels to provide adequate coverage for guest services.
  • Maintained composure in stressful situations and continued to provide helpful and kind guest services for fantastic customer satisfaction.
  • Assisted guests with variety of services and local attraction information.

I already had plenty of inexperience, but was able to learn even more. I learned how to make, sell, stock, & advertise certain food. I worked in a ticket box selling & communicating with customers, affirming that they enjoy the entertainment & does hesitate to ask any additional questions. The other new skill I learned wash Dishwashing with different grades of chemicals & dish detergent.
