Utilize POS system(Cashier), to process food orders and collect payment via Cash/Credit. In Kitchen(Line Cook/Prep),Initiate and Complete Online(Doordash Orders, Inhouse Orders, Use Deep Fryers, Grills for Steaks(Thermometer for Properly cooked Steaks), Burgers, Shrimp, Asparagus, LambChops, etc., Stoves for Boiling/Sautee/Baking of menu items. Make Salads, Prep and Stock food items for the Line, to plate and complete orders for Inhouse guests, takeout, and online. Stock, and maintain food product according to Food Safety Guidelines. Assist Customers with their items for purchase by breaking down full carts of merchandise for the sale process. Scanning product, applying daily discounts/coupon, providing great communication and customer service. Prompt, accurate service, help pulling or pushing loaded carts/pallets of purchased merchandise to the exit. Maintaining an Accurate Cash Drawer, reflected on Opening/Closing Cashier Reports.

Work in a 2-3 person team to perform house/office cleaning duties such as; taking out trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, Swiffer hardwood/tile/linoleum flooring, washing dishes, organize/sanitize living room/dining room/bedrooms(change linens, make beds, fluff pillows), and clean restrooms/hallways/doorways. Maintain a clean Prep station and proper storage of Measuring, and Cooking Utensils. Report/Follow instructions from our Main Chef. Promoted from Dishwasher where I would Prep My Sink(Wash/Rinse/Sanitize), properly place dishes, cups bowls, plates, mixers, and other Food Prep utensils, bins,pots/pans in a Dishwashing Machine. Hand Dry, and restock Dishes for use.

Maintain accurate Cashier Report, Cash Handling, process Debit/Credit Card Transactions. Sell Gas/Tobacco/Alcohol products. Stock Merchandise. Prep/Cook Hot Foods( Donuts, Hot Dogs, Egg and Cheese Croissants, Bake Cookies/Pastries. Clean Store, Restrooms, and Gas Service Area(Pumps, Oil spills, etc.). Report to Supervisor as Necessary.

Stock, Face and Front Merchandise, Break Down Pallets for items to be stocked. Maintain a clean work area, clean up spilled, damaged, or spoiled product. Break down Cardboard, Make Bales.

Maintain Accurate Drawer/Cashier Report. Stock Merchandise. Perform Cleaning Duties.

Prep, Maintain dock area. Initiate/Complete Customer Service form, Provide Great Customer Service. Utilize Database for Vin#, Car Make/Model, Oil type, Tire specifications, Air/Oil filter, and Antifreeze. Database supplied all information for Service. Change Oil, Filters, Rotate/Change Tires, Reset Car System for Oil Light, Change Headlights, Brake Lights/Windshield Wipers, Clean/Vacuum Vehicles, and Process Payments.
