• My personal assistance job at Monarch cottage was a job for patient care, ability assistance/vital signs/safety and documentation.
• Responsible for communicating with the healthcare team and family member members.
• Develop imitating positive working relationships with residence and their families
• Assist patient in both long-term and rehabilitation center
• Assist patient with personal hygiene task while maintaining respect and safety for patient’s privacy and dignity
• Deliver direct care to patients assist with ADLS
