My name is Leigh Micklich, and I am seeking full time executive administrative work. I have worked in administration for over 27 years in both Canada and the United States. Executive Associate

  • Primary Executive Assistant to the Sr. Operating Officer (SOD) of Technology Services. Including (but not limited): Calendar management, presentation creation and speaking notes, share point management, create and minute various sized meetings (Town Hall mtg (online and in-person, Team mtgs - small and large, meetings with vendors), and many other day-to-day needs as required.
  • HR tracking and management of vacancies to over 910 positions under the SOD.
  • Assist with financial creation of annual budget presentation. This included assisting the 10 Directors and 2 Executive Directors with budget templates and slides for final presentations. Complete and review the SOD’s budget template and work on his needs for the final presentations to Chief Executive Officer and Finance Diretor.
  • Ongoing assistance to 11 Directors and 2 Executive Directors, and over 50 Managers within the portfolio. Items pertaining to: HR management of position asks, new position creation, calendar items as needed, meeting creation and assist with any other items requiring assistance.
  • Briefing note creation for financial or position asks within the portfolio.
  • Coverage of any administrative position within Technology Services (TS) as well as occasional coverage for the Chief Information Officers, Executive Associate. Was also a part of the main administrative team in the Edmonton office, providing administrative support to all withing the IT portfolio.
  • Track and get approval for all on going overtime and travel requirements within the portfolio weekly.
  • Manage the Technology Services Sharepoint site, and TEAMs vacation calendar for all Leads under the SOD. There was also creation of TEAMs channels for better workflows amongst the leadership team.
  • During the 9 Connect Care launches, working with the various managers in 10 team areas, created and managed staff rotations for each portfolio under the SOD. Work entailed - making sure union agreements with staff covering various shifts was adhered to, management of overtime and timesheets for submission, changes to shifts for sick time or clawing back service requirements and movement of staff due to swapping of shifts. I also managed the Share Point site with the Clinical Services Associate where information for leadership and staff was collated to assist in the completion of work during the 9 launches.

  • Primary Administrative Assistant to the Edmonton Zone Director for Environmental Public Health.
  • Coordinated work for 7 administrative assistants, and 1 receptionist.
  • Coordinated all transfer of documentation to storage when files were too large or closed.
  • Coordinated with the director the annual Food Permit processing. Completed daily and monthly reconciliation of paid permits and completed the information for deposit.
  • Worked with our legal department on letters to tenants or landlords for processing and stamping.
  • Daily assisted 3 managers with HR postings and management of applicants and interviews.
  • Assisted Public Inspectors with day-to-day work including: computer issues, computer program concerns, training on programs and being a superuser of the program.
