I have ridden Horses my whole life but this year I learned, or I would say I'm still learning to play Polo at The Calgary Polo Club, and having so much fun doing so. I love that its a Team Sport, to be on a field with seven other players on horses doing something we all love is a great feeling!

I have Weight trained most of my adult life and have competed in six Fitness Competitions in the Fitness Model category. 

I enjoy Yoga and in the winter I enjoy snowboarding and snowshoeing.
