Gatineau

Summary

As a certified head lifeguard, I was responsible for managing teamwork and collaboration. I planned practices using many digital tools such as excel, PowerPoint, Word and other physical tools at my disposal. My responsibilities were to mentor younger or peer lifeguards in their water lifesaving techniques, help them provide customer services by answering people's questions, complaints and problems in order to find solutions. In addition, help them improve and gain confidence in their own abilities.
