· Leverage existing contacts to pursue new client opportunities to supply contract general labour, skilled labour, and safety support, as well as permanent search to source roles from trades up to management level
· Responsible for all client communications and conflict resolution, as the premiere supplier of personnel in my territory (with the support of the GM).
· Communicate with clients’ hiring managers and human resources team to understand their business strategies to identify and understand immediate and future needs, with support from the Director of Recruitment and GM
· Source and build the candidate network using both traditional and innovative recruiting strategies to attract both active and passive candidates, ensuring a multi-pronged approach encompassing various elements of “Recruitment Essentials”.
